Lisa Nicole Lopes a.k.a Left Eye, one third of the crazy sexy cool trio known as TLC was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 27, 1971. Combined with Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins TLC debuted in 1991 with bangers like “Ain’t too Proud to Beg” and continuously dropped chart hitting songs that would strike many issues, topics and interests to fans all over the world.
Known for her outrageous attitude and style such as eye patch condoms and the famous burning of her pro football companions property in 1994, which led to the groups bankruptcy in 1995. As the years went on Lopes went on a solo career journey and attempted to debut her album “Supernova” in 2001 but was forced to take in numerous release dates.
10 years today Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes was killed in a car accident in Jutiapa, Honduras…solo album still not officially released and with a fourth TLC album to drop. And to this day there will never be any man or woman that will ever take her place in the on going TLC group.
